Working for OFE Fulfillment has been a wonderful experience. When I began working at OFE Fulfillment, I had little experience outside of the restaurant industry so I was quite intimidated arriving at the warehouse. A new environment, coworkers and a new set of expectations was daunting. However, thanks to my coworkers and the training policies, I have been able to not only feel comfortable but confident in my work and become a part of a team. Our team supports one another and this comradery is paramount for the success of our collective goal.
I have been with OFE Fulfillment for about 7 years. Starting with cleaning the very first warehouse to being the warehouse supervisor of the current one. I have had the privilege of growing with the company, and have learned so much along the way. So many things have changed through the years and it’s always amazing to have the support of this team.I love that my boss really cares about her employees and them growing and succeeding!
