What is the process to start fulfillment with OFE?

OFE is here to make your life easier–and that includes getting started. The initial step would be to request a quote or schedule a consultation with an OFE. From there, the processing time may vary depending on your business size and the complexity of your requirements. However, with our easy integration process, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible.

How do I know if my existing ecommerce platform is compatible with OFE?

Is OFE FDA Registered?

Yes, OFE is registered with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) to hold and distribute cosmetics and dietary supplements according to the requirements of FDA 21 CFR.

In order to ensure that your customers receive the support they need, our fulfillment services include handling customer issues on your behalf. Will OFE handle returns and exchanges?

Yes! As part of our full-service fulfillment services, our team will take care of returns and exchanges. Not only will we handle the shipping part of it, we will actually handle communication with the customer to ensure satisfaction. You tell us your terms and conditions for returns, and we will do the rest.

How are shipping rates calculated?

When calculating shipping prices, our platform utilizes smart order routing to ensure optimal order fulfillment based on preferred carriers, package size, and distance to customer. However, if you want to update shipping prices, offer flat-rate shipping, or even free shipping to customers, you can specify your shipping preferences when setting up your account.

What is OFE’s preferred method of payment?

Our preferred method of payment for most accounts is a credit card. However, for larger U.S. accounts, it is possible to set up ACH with pre-approval from our team.

How much will it cost me to switch from an existing 3PL company to OFE?

There are no onboarding fees from OFE (outside of your monthly cost), so unless you have to pay cancellation fees from your existing 3PL services, you should not have to worry about high initial costs from our team.

How will I be billed?

Standard services are charged and invoiced monthly via email or paper bill.

What is OFE’s commission rate?

Your monthly pricing is based on a 15% commission on retail pricing per unit.

How are shipping costs and customized packaging costs billed?

Discounted shipping rates and customized packaging costs are billed as a pass through.
